We officially launched meaningandpurpose.co.uk at an IMACC training event at Teesside University on the 20th March. The event was opened by Professor Natasha Vall (Associate Dean for Research & Innovation, School of Social Sciences, Humanities & Law, Teesside University), who described being “touched” by the research work that has led to the development the website and training events, because we are all likely to know someone with a long-term condition.
The event was attended by 25 clinical practitioners who work with people with diabetes, chronic pain, HIV, autoimmune disorders, neurological conditions and respiratory disorders.
As with all of the IMACC training events, the feedback from delegates was extremely positive. If you would like to discuss the possibility of Dr Lis Hammond running the training session for your organisation, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
